What is the average cost of a Luxe Tiny Home?
Luxe Tiny Homes start at a base rate of $49,900 CDN for our 12ft Loft style Tiny Home.
Building Codes
We build all our tiny homes to B.C building Codes (one of the strictest codes in the world) We follow strict electrical, plumbing and gas codes to insure your investment is as secure as a traditional home.
Can I finance my Luxe Tiny Home?
Luxe Tiny Homes does not offer in-house financing - however there are lots of Banks & Business who do. You can qualify for a loan, line of credit or an R.V loan through your bank, or a simple google search for those companies that offer financing.
How long will it take to build ?
In short, this depends on a few factors, such as : Size, Complexity and where you are in queue. We start one build at a time - complete - then move onto the next client in order of placement. The usual timeframe from start to Finish is about 3 months.
What are my options for payments?
The initial Consultation and design fees is deducted from the final payment if you proceed with the order. This is your upfront cost.
Afterwards the payment schedule is broken down into Three (3) payments.
1st. (50%) of total cost
2nd (35%)
3rd (15%)Final Payment
How do I make my payments?
The easiest and most practical way to make any payment is by WIRE TRANSFER from your bank to ours. We also offer Credit Card, E-transfers, and PayPal Options at a rate of (4%) extra.
Do I need a Permit to move my Luxe Tiny Home ?
No - (13'6" Tall & 8' Wide) Unless : Your oversized (wide load)
Anything larger than 8ft Wide will require a wide load and possible permit depending on Province or State.
Off Grid?
Yes, Off Grid is a fast growing option for many tiny home owners. Propane, Solar or Wind, Composting Toilets, and many other features are in high demand for those living "off grid".
